Located in Ashurst West Sussex, just 10 minutes’ drive from Shoreham-by-Sea station which is on a direct one hour route from London.

We are blessed to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful unspoilt rolling countryside just on the edge of the South Downs National Park with numerous public footpaths to explore and enjoy -  a paradise for walkers & cyclists.

Situated just outside the pretty historic town of Steyning, with its many interesting individual shops, award winning Sussex Produce Company, delightful tearooms and cafés.

The south coast beaches are within a 10 minute drive and the vibrant coastal city of Brighton & Hove within 25 minutes.

The historic medieval town of Arundel is nearby with its castle and many restaurants, galleries and antique shops. The fascinating Wetland & wildlife centre together with boat rides on the river Arun guarantee a great day out.  

Beautiful Petworth House & park and historic Chichester with its Cathedral, galleries, harbour and festival theatre are also nearby.  

The Artisan Bakehouse is a fabulous base to just relax, unwind and do nothing but if you are feeling adventurous just outside the gate is a wonderful choice of countryside , activities & culture to enjoy........................... we hope to see you soon!
